Today I am starting a new category for this blog. Sometimes we just need to share our cravings or inspirations with the others, right?

The topic of this first edition is the white colour. So pure, simple and highlighting at the same time…

Colours have a great impact in my daily life. They may change even my mood and the way I see the world.

all start white

And you, do you love an specific colour? How do you feel when wearing/using it?

Right, I have to admit that even the name seems attractive and it might have so tiny tiny influence on me.

But to be fair, Weekday creations are simple, effective, delicate. I discovered the brand a few months ago and I cannot stop adding things to my shopping cart –which most part of times never gets the payment stage.

In any case, and if you don’t feel like buying on the official website due to the shipping costs, I have great news for you: has also quite a few garments from this firm and some similar garments from other brand.

Currently craving…

The padded bomber jacket

Seriously, guys, 90’s again … and yes, I have to admit that I have a <strike>deeply developed</strike> guy side that really needs one of these asap.

You can check cheapy alternatives here (I know, I have a huge problem with man clothes, but it worths the try!) and there. 🙂

And the piece de resistance

This marvelous wrap blouse with a relaxed tone. Ok, I might have a problem with white shirts and blouses, but this one is lovely.

Again, ASOS can help you if you don’t feel like treating you now… but hey, it is almost Christmas! Think about it. 😉

Stay tuned, next time i will talk about my passion about nordic simplicity on furniture and we all will have to chance of dreaming for a while, and even get inspired to do some similar things at home for just a few quids!

What do you think about Weekday universe? Please share your thoughts and even good deals on the comments! I will be more than glad to read you.

Where to start? Well, I guess that I should apologise for leaving this beautiful place in hiatus. I really love my last posts from last year, and I guess that is a good sign, right?

I got started with this blog hobby in 2001-2002, when I created my first blog with 16 years old and just a bit of imagination. I did everything (and when I say everything, believe, I mean it) by myself, and I learned how to use Photoshop better than a pro… 😛

Anyway, I would like to share with you tiny pieces of my findings, here and there, and my second passion after life itself: photography. It makes me feel fulfilled and hopeful. Photography is passion, but also hope.

Last Christmas I posted a small list of small but cute things, and I wanted to make them affordable for everyone —well, even for me, I cannot afford the 111% of things I crave, Internet and Instagram are evil!

And here is where I think you might give a hand: What would you wnat to see here? Check my last posts from 2013, that might be helpful! I really want to create a ”peaceful” place to switch off from stress and everyday hassles.

In the meantime, no worries, my mind is fully of new ideas and I think you are gonna enjoy them!

Hugs xx

Those who know me have already realized I’m kind of minimalist, always looking for simplicity in clothes, decoration and other material stuff. Plus my bookworm/translator side, who is always obsessed with books. I have been thinking about what I really wanted for Christmas, and it was very difficult for me to choose, believe me. Once I want something, I go straight to get it, I don’t like to ask for a gift. BUT, it’s Christmas time, we all have to offer some kind presents to our beloved ones, and I had to make a tiny selection. Hope this will give you some ideas for you or your relatives and friends. 🙂

A bilingual version of Sylvia Plath poem book. I’m a translator, so I was glad to find this version.

(2) Oysho tee ”Life is simple”. Perfect. My philosophy in a tee.

(3) La señora Bovary, the brand new Spanish translation of Flaubert’s Madame Bovary; I have the French version (essential!) but the translator won a translation prize in Spain for her work in this edition, where they changed and adapted to modern times some vocabulary of the book.

(4) Marshall Headphones; Leather, black, pure, simple, what else?

(5) Vintage globe (how could I forget something like this?). This one comes from Etsy. I can’t wait to have one at home.

(6) Oysho coloured socks (you never have enough socks 😉

(7) Wooden and white deco house from Bloomingville. I love all they do.

(8) THE PERFECT derby shoes from & Other Stories. A must.

What about you? Do you have something special in mind?

Et vous ? Avez-vous déjà préparé une liste ?

Yesterday we organised an afternoon trip to Caion, a fishing village on the North coast of NW Spain.

The village surrounded by the ocean. Magnificent.

Autumn is the most spectacular season. Look at the ocean colour.

D. always knows how to make me smile.

Blazer Mango. Boots Choies. Skirt Zara. Sweater Kling.

D. enjoying our stop at Sorrizo, another small village lost in the coast.
